1. The TiaraXP service
TiaraXP provides tools for creating, organizing, reviewing, and sharing travel itineraries and for discovering links to independent travel providers. Features may change as the service develops.
2. TiaraXP is not the booking seller
TiaraXP does not sell, issue, or fulfill travel reservations offered by third parties. When you follow a provider link, you contract directly with that provider or seller. Its prices, availability, terms, privacy practices, change rules, cancellation policies, and refund policies apply.
Questions, complaints, changes, cancellations, and refunds concerning a booking must be handled with the seller identified on the booking confirmation.
3. Travel information
Travel information, availability, schedules, entry requirements, and prices can change. You are responsible for checking the provider’s final details and determining that travel arrangements, documents, insurance, health requirements, and entry requirements are suitable for you.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another person’s account, introduce harmful code, scrape the service in a manner that burdens it, or use TiaraXP unlawfully.
5. User content
You retain responsibility for itinerary details and other content you submit. You grant TiaraXP a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to provide features you request, including sharing features you enable.
6. Affiliate relationships
Some links are affiliate links. TiaraXP may earn a commission from a qualifying booking. A commercial relationship does not change the seller responsible for the booking. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
7. Intellectual property
TiaraXP and its original software, design, text, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Provider names and marks belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, TiaraXP is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, availability, quality, safety, or suitability of third-party travel products.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TiaraXP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by an independent provider, travel disruption, inaccurate third-party information, unauthorized account access, or events outside our reasonable control. Applicable law may give you rights that cannot be limited by these terms.
10. Suspension and changes
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights. We may update these terms; the effective date will identify the current version. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
11. Governing law
Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
